Shopping during the holidays can be stressful, please read the following frequently asked questions carefully so your shopping experience goes as smoothly as possible.

Placing my order:

The bag I want is out of stock, can I place a custom order?

Unfortunately we do not take custom orders, if a bag is sold out you can sign up for back-in-stock notifications, but it is unlikely any sold sold out products will be restocked before the holidays.

    Shipping my order:

    How long will it take to ship my order?
    Orders are Processed as they are received, and we are a small team processing a huge volume of holiday orders, please give us up to 5 days before we ship your order. 
      When do I have to place my order to receive it in time for Christmas?
      We recommend ordering as early as possible, shipping times are not guaranteed as we have no control over the overwhelming number of packages that every carrier is going to have to receive. We recommend ordering no later than the 10th of December to allow for order processing time and shipping.

        My order is shipped:

        I got a tracking number, but it hasn't updated, can you help?

        Sometimes packages don't get scanned as they travel though the distribution centers especially during times of high volume, give your package time to get to you. 

        Can you give me more tracking information?

        We do not have any tracking information beyond what is available to you on the carriers tracking website, please check with the carrier for more information.

        I got a message saying my package was delivered, but it never arrived.

        Wait another day or two, sometimes packages are marked as delivered, but are still in transit.

        I've waited for my package, but it never arrived, what should I do?

        We'll be happy to process your return, the refund you receive will be minus the cost to return your package back to us.
